As resources will always be scarce and service demands will continue to grow, VTO adopted an ISO9000 approach to proactively develop, plan and implement training programs that are aligned with Bureau/Mission Strategic Plan goals/objectives and meet the needs of posts in the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs. As a global platform, EUR/PPD plans to offer a number of its PD training programs to other Bureau's.
