Libtabe is a C library which provides useful Chinese lexicons
functions/routines that deals with fundamental elements such as
pronunciation (BoPoMoFo), character frequency, word identification,
and word frequency. It also comes with a large free word database,
which is packaged as 'libtabe-db'.
