XP provides a highly performent and XML 1.0 compliant parser. It includes a SAX 1.0 interface built on top of its own interface. While not as featureful as other XML parsers for Java (it doesn't validate documents), it is suitable for small XML-oriented programs (XML configuration files for instance). .
